The option of disabling IDLE TIMEOUT for a Sql Services Executor
process has been removed for V7.0 of Sql-Services.
The WIndows-95 Sql_serv administrator interface only accepts a positive
number in the input-box for IDLE EXECUTOR TIMOUT (sec).
I would however be beneficial to be able to specify NO timeout
relevant, which was -1 in V6.1.

I think a value of 0 does the same thing but I have not tested this
so...

That's what I thought till I tested it, too. The value must be 1 to
99999999. At least from SQS manager on Win95.
