Is the $SQLSRV$UTL report still applicable in V7 of SQL/Services. I don't see that it is documented in the new installation or configuration guide... will it still work? Renee

| 2155.1 | SQLSRV$UTL no longer provided (or needed) | SQLSRV::OXBURY | Oracle Corporation, Rdb Desktop Group|DTN 381-2704 | Thu Feb 27 1997 09:18 | 7 |
| The new SQLSRV_MANAGE command line utility and SQLSRV Manager GUI provide all the functionality provided by SQLSRV$UTL, and then some. Plus they have a much better user interface [eg, they don't write files to directories the names of which those of us who didn't use it enough could never remember!! :-)] Therefore, the SQLSRV$UTL utility is no longer supplied as of 7.0.
