I too need an sqlsrv kit for internal use.
Could someone give me the address of ukvms or wrvms?
Our ncp database does not have them.

   Internal to Oracle? :-) It looks like you are in Digital. WRVMS (and
   UKVMS3) are Oracle systems.
   
   You should go through your support channels.
