Hi,

Customer is calling procedures from Delphi V2.0  with odbc/rdb V2.10.1100.
The client is WIN/NT 3.51 and 
the database  is on Alpha Openvms , RDB7.0 and Sql/Services 7.0.

They are getting 'sql errorcode 22003, numeric value out of range'.
The frequency of the errors depends on the distance between the
client and the server(:-0).
When the client is near the server, the error occurs after 13-15 procedure
calls and when running at the farmost edge of the building,
the error occurs after 3-4 procedure calls.

This error does not occur with odbc/rdb V2.10.0100 but the performance
of this driver if not satisfying.

They've tested the procedure with SQL , no errors found.

I'm waiting for odbcrdb.log from the customer.
