Hi,
You're headed in the right direction -- to a vet. I assume the vet
is known to treat birds successfully? Sometimes budgies get tumors,
which might appear to be eggs if the bird is a hen....fairly common
at about age 4-5-6. The other symptoms you describe sound like they
will need medical attention. Let us know what you find out?
