Orion...well I have never heard of anyone using that as a name.
Isn't there a movie production company called Orion? I think that
is the first thing I thought of. There is a constellation named
Orion, too.
Although it is unique, I doubt there will be a problem with spelling
or pronounciation - two things most unique name share. Would you
nickname the child? What would it be?
First thinking about it, Orion sounds like a very strong name - like
something from Greek mythology. I don't know the history of the name,
but it might be something to look into to help determine how you feel
about it. Personally, I prefer names a little more common. For
example, I am thinking about Spencer for a boy's name. Haven't totally
ruled it in or out - still thinking about it.
Best of luck,
Chris

I like it, but I think he'll have to fight the "O'Ryan" spelling all
his life.
