This has nothing to do with Babynames.....

I am trying to access VTX EASYNOTES

I used to type VTX EASYNOTES right at the prompt and that would give me
the directory of ALL the Conferences and I could add entries to my
notes file directory. That doesn't seem to work anymore. Does any
know if the process has change or if it has been restricted?

I just would like to add a few differenct entries to my notes
directory. i.e. I have BABYNAMES, LOTTERIES, HOMES, EATS,
GARDENS.... These I added to my notes directory by i.e.
    Adding Entrie:  WARIOR::BABYNAMES

Now I can still access these, but can no longer add new entries.

There is a note called Adoption or something and I can't locate it
because I can't find the listing any longer. (my husband was adopted)

    Thanks if anyone can help!

| VTX EASYNOTES and EASYNOTES.LIS, and until recently the conference
TURRIS::EASYNET_CONFERENCES were all looked after by Tom Pfau, who
left Digital a couple months ago, and as of his leaving, had not found
a replacement for these "own-time" activities (his work on them was
    never Digital funded).

There is now a new co-ordinator who is picking up the threads as
it were, and expects to be back in production in a few weeks.

Meanwhile, most open, and a few restricted conferences are to be
found in the conference TURRIS::EASYNOTES_CONFERENCES Hit <KP7>
to add it to your notebook.

In that conference in one of the early notes is the equivalent of
the last published EASYNOTES.LIS which was listed on VTX.
