Checking via SEARCH wanted to find out if an African name I saw written
many "moons" ago had been included in this BABYNAMES file. Strangely
I did not find it. I don't quite remember what it means but the article
did mention it has to do with positive thinking. It has some positive
connection with a beautiful African flower or personal characteristics.
Here it is!!!
******** NETSAI ********
The name may not look beautifully written but it does sound pretty in
its pronounciation.
Anyone want to use it for a future member of the family? My family
thus far has not shown any interest in using it. So, I thought I
might share it with you future mothers/fathers.

You're right, that is plesant to the ear. Since you know one African
name I wonder if you could help me remember the girls name which means
peace. I am not sure if it is Swahili or another African language.
Someone from Nirobi suggested it to a co-worker of mine many years ago
and we both thought it was perfectly musical as well as honoring the
childs heritage. (The child turned out to be a boy and his father
named him Maximillion. Last I heard from the mother she was still not
speaking to the father.8-} )
