| | I'M ALSO ONE FOR DIFFERENT SPELLINGS AND DIFFERENT NAMES. I'M ALSO
A LONG WAY FROM MARRIAGE AND CHILDREN BUT HAVE PICKED OUT A FEW
NAMES THAT I MIGHT AT SOME TIME IN MY LIFE LIKE TO NAME MY CHILDREN.
    HERE THEY GO:

SHAYNAH LYNDAH (USUALLY SHANA LINDA) (BOTH MEAN BEAUTIFUL - SHANA
IS HEBREW AND LINDA IS SPANISH)
    MINDEE LEIGH (USUALLY MINDY LEE)

I NEVER REALLY THOUGHT ABOUT BOY'S NAMES BUT I'M SURE THEY WOULD
    BE DIFFERENT.

Actually, this isn't spelled differently...but is a trick on the
    ears!

A friend of my sister just had a little girl. The wife wanted to
name her EMMA, but the husband wanted EMILY.... The compromised
and came up with EMMA LEE !!!

    Alike, but different!

| | My daughter's name is Caileigh. She's going to love learning to
spell it. I've heard of other people with her name, but spelled
Caley or Kaley or Kaylee or...

Most recently, there was a letter in Parade magazine about Clark
Gable's son and it mentioned that he had a baby daughter named
Kayley. We found that interesting, but then we noticed that his
wife (Kayley's mom)'s name was Tracy.

    -Tracy (Caileigh's mom)

| | My name is spelled differently and I get alot of compliments on it.
I have only met one person with my exact spelling and she was from
Ireland. I have really no idea how my parents picked the name or
    what nationality it could be....

    -Sherrin (Cher-In)

ps a girl that I worked closely with in APO was named Shereen (it was
       an Indian (India-Indian)

I've always love the named Caileigh! Caleigh is another spelling too,
    that I've considered.

My Mom's maiden name is Gailey (pronounced Gai ley or Gail ey)
and I might (someday) use that as a middle name for a girl or
possibly change it alittle and use Cailey.

i.e. Samantha Gailey or Samantha Cailey

| | I, too, love names with different spellings. I am only 20, but I have
had a list of names for my kids since I was about 12. I have found
it's rather hard to give boy names different spellings, but here's my
    list:
    	Jaquelyn Ashlea Shawn ?
    	Shannyn Malya Ryan Deryk
Lyane Ranei (AKA Leane Renee) Marc Andrew
I used to have 10 names altogether, but that isn't exactly realistic!!

My son is now 3 months old.
    His father named him "Mykel"
(pronounced Michael). Has anyone seen it spelled like this?

His full name is Mykel Anthony Clark-Nelson.
I realize he will have to go through life spelling his name, as I
    already do. But it's fun.
