I still have some Wang B class stock. I don't know what
to do with it. Can I write it off with IRS? Do I need
any document to prove it is worthless? Where can I get it?

    Thanks

    Jason

Wang B stock never became totally worthless, did it?
Each share of Wang B got converted into a small piece of the new
Wang stock. Call Wang in Lowell and ask for Investor Relations if
you need to know the details.

| Wang Class B stocks can still be bought and sold. I am not sure what
the price for it is now. I sold all of mine last year - after they
declared the B shares worthless. It's ALMOST a total loss. But, I got
enough money back to take my wife out for a dinner. :-)

We also got a letter last year from some Wang Class B share holders'
organization. They are (were) in the process of filing a class action
law suit against Wang. But, I never heard from them again. So, I don't
    know what's happening now.

I received letter that Wang's B and C stock was cancelled
and holder of stocks can receive warrants to purchase Wang's
new stock. I wonder what year I can write off the old Wang
stock. Letter said that the stock was canceled under the 1993
reorganization plan. I suppose I can write it off for 1993
    tax return.
