Thanks! A prospectus is on the way. I was able to get a little
info over the phone too. The min. initial investment is indeed
$25,000 but the min. balance after the account is opened is
only $2,500 and there is no front or back end load.

| Well I got the prospectus in the mail today. The funds inception
date was in 1985. The total management fees add up to 1.1%.
Charted against the S&P 500 it appears to of basically matched
it for most of it's life, and this previous year has exceeded it.

| According to 1994 AAII Low-Load Fund Guide:
3Yr Return: 28.3
5Yr Return: 23.1
Looks like a really good fund. I read its performance has suffered
short term, but what hasn't recently?
