| | I may have to file an amended return for last year. Does anyone have
    any experience doing this and what are the pros/cons.

    Thanks

	I did it and it was well worth it. I had done it for a
	2-3 year old return and they give a pretty good interest
	rate on the money.
	With what interest rates are today I was almost thinking of
	filing a return w/out apport. my income, then file an ammended
	return 2 years later ....

| | Thanks for the info. I just called the Mass DOR for form 33X. Now my
    2nd question...

    I owe taxes for 1993, but should get a refund back for prior year(s).
    Can I send all the paperwork in together for a net payment/refund, or
    must I file separately.

    Thx again,
    Deb

    File them all seperately. You'll only confuse the Mass DOR folks if
    you send them together.
