    Any comments on the effect (market value) on DEC common stock
    if the Board of Directors receives permission to issue 
    preferred shares and does so?   This is one question that seems 
    pretty important to me but wasn't answered in the question and 
    answer section of the annoucement to request permission to issue
    preferred shares.
    
    Could this annoucement be the reason for the stock drop in the last
    few days, or is it simply speculation on a poor earnings announcement,
    or the result of all the new product announcements last week?
