I'm not sure if I'm in the right conference. Can anybody tell me where
can I get some information on credit Issues as it pertains to the State
    of Texas ?

As a Co-Signers I am running into some problems with the other party
not paying their dues. I need to know what I can do to protect myself from
any actions that would damage my credit rating.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

| Not sure about Texas... But in most cases the only thing you can do is to pay it yourself!... That is nasty but since you made the mistake of Co-signing you are equally responsible for what you Co-Signed in most states. | |||||
