I recently ran across a advisory news letter for buying stocks under
three dollars. It is called the Bowser Report, written by Max Bowser.
Has anyone had any experience with this letter? What does their record
look like?

I've been receiving it, and tracking his recommendations, for the
past year. In that time his picks are up substantially (about
60%, including commission costs). I like his style, and the
types of companies he recommends. Just remember to diversify as these
are generally very small-cap, risky stocks. His rating system
seems to work well, and I'd also recommend his other publication -
The Directory of Small Stocks.

The letter is pure corn pone, but wonderfull reading. I like
both its successes and the entertainment value.
