    rates (in USD)in early '91? Specifically on 24.Jan & 22.Feb 1991.

	This is off my historical charts, cash interbank market. Jan 24, 1991: Low 1.9550 High 1.9700 Last 1.9600 Feb 22, 1991: Low 1.9400 High 1.9650 Last 1.9450 In between these two dates the Pound rose to over $2.00 then fell back. John
