I found another clock company called Kuempel Chime and Clock and they
    have a web site http://WWW.keumpelchimeclock.com

This company sells the plans for thier clocks. Not just measured and
full size drawings for key parts like the swans necks, but step by step
    instructions.

Also they have a trim kit in most woods ie cherry, walnut, mahogany
that has all the hard parts like swans necks, filials, and fluted
    columns.

I spoke for a long time on the phone with one of their sales reps, who
also builds clocks, very knowledgable, very nice guy. Plans costs
19.50 plus shipping. The trim kits are $150.

The web page even has a sound section so you can hear the chimes!
