I've now installed the ADARTL kit (VAX) on two clusters. In both cases I the
following SNS V2.2 ECO 3 upgrade or rather IVP of SNS failed after that.

Failure reason was privilege violation. The ADARTL puts files

	sys$message:adamsg.exe
	sys$Share:adartl.exe

there without setting W:RE. In both cases therefore I had to fix file
protections manually afterwards. 

The ADARTL kit might need some work therefore!
