I have been trying to locate "The Entropy Pump" by one E. Throp
or Thrope (sp?). I saw it referenced in a magazine article
some time ago. After having researched it in several book stores
I've come up empty. Has anyone read or heard of this book or
the author.

Is it supposed to be fiction or non-fiction? If the former,
I can't find a reference for it. If the latter, I don't have
any reference works that would help.

The few paragraphs that were available led me to believe it was
a science fiction novel. There is a possibility it has not been

Are you sure this isn't a bogus reference to something authored
by Kelvin Throop (a nom de plume used by one or more authors in
the Analog stable)?
I think the name is Kelvin Throop....
