    I need the french SPD for pathworks32 v7.0 in canada we have one french
    province so we need it for them i would rather not have to translate
    the english one.

Try contacting Francois ULYSSE::CHALUMEAU from ISE. They're doing L10N work
for PW32 7.0, but I don't think the SPD was translated.
