    are there any flags required with running ovtopofix? We tried shutting
    down the daemons first, but when we run it, it still pops up one of
    those lovely little PC windows that flashes by your eyes faster than
    you can read it.....
    and there doesn't appear to be any help on it...(at least customer
    can't find any, and I'm not running WNT so I can't check here...)

	ovtopofix is documented in the programmers reference guide. There are several flags. It can do some stuff with daemons running, some stuff it can't.
