     OK.....here's a good one.
    
     How do I get sys$system:what to run on my new node?
     It worked on my old node, but on the new node all it shows is WHAT
     i'm doing (no one else).
    
     I tried copying it from the old node, but it will still only show
    WHAT i'm doing. It's not protected, so I can't figure out why it
    won't show all users.
    
     Any ideas fellow hackers?

	If you want to see what everyone is doing you either need privs (CMKRNL I believe) or to have WHAT installed with privs. Same thing happened here about a year ago when our system managers decided to stop installing WHAT - now only they can run it. mike z

	But while you're there, try SHOW FILES (followed by SET WIDTH and a few more things to get the whole picture). -piper

	You need change mode to run install. The What exe probably needs WORLD priv (effect other processes). mac

	DDC, The file does need to be installed w/ Priv or CMKRNL on your process. You can always come back to the OLD node if that feature is desirable. Keep up the Hackin.... pfm
