Israeli Foreign Minister Yitzhak Shamir's speech, prepared on a
VAX 11/750 running ALL-IN-ONE was altered:
"Let us say yes to a great, massive, successful, and victorious
Herut movement" to "Let us say yes to a tiny, worrying, and incompetent
Herut movement."
The hacker was found and fired according to Data Communications.
Perhaps we have an Israeli collegue who can tell us more.

| Hackers of this sort (and it requires a loose definition of hacker)
turn into criminals once they are caught.
Maybe they aren't hackers at all, just criminals to begin with
