A previous note referred to a FrameMaker class that was held by SES.
Can anyone provide information about that class? Will it be held
again; can people outside SES attend; what is the curriculum; what is
the cost; who is the registration contact?

As far as I know, SES does not plan to have any other Frame training
sessions. The person who organized these courses is John Piantedosi
(donvan::piantedosi). Maybe he can give you some details about cost,
etc.
I believe the course covered the basics of book creation...based on the
course books provided by Frame.
