    I am re-entering this note in the hope it will be left as a seperate
    entry this time, as it is relevant only to UK noters. 
    
    	
    I won a year's Riding Permit with Forest Enterprises (part of the
    Forestry Commission) and cannot use it as it is not for my area.
    It is for the very South of the country, i.e. Fareham, Isle of
    Whight areas. If someone could make use of it I would be happy
    to give it away. You can exchange it for another area if the Forest 
    Enterprise has rides near you. (I don't!)
