Hi-
Does anyone out there have information on a pool for
horses?? I know the track uses them alot but they
send their horses out. What I would like to know is
where can you purchase one?, about how much is the cost?
How big are they? How do you walk the horse through.
The barn I am boarding at would like as much information
as possible about this.

You might try contacting Tufts vets school in Grafton, MA.
I'm pretty sure they have a pool for horses there. If they
don't, try Cornell vet school in Rochester, NY. Then you
could contact the manufacturer to get all the info.
It would be interesting if you posted the information
you get here in the notesfile for us not-so-privledged!!

Rochester Equine Clinic in Rochester NH has a pool. Its been
a couple years since I've been there, but I think the horses walk
down a ramp to get in it. As far as cost goes, I'm sure they are
expensive considering you would most likely want it indoors for
year round use.
