This note is specific to those in Ct. My niece has a
back yard pony in Berlin and is having trouble getting
a farrier to come to the barn. There are only 2 ponies
who only need trimming. Does anyone know of someone who
would take the time to go a 2 pony barn for trimming only?

Hi Dawn!
I used Gary Raia the last few years I had my mare. I loved him!
He always showed up when he said he would and didn't charge and
arm and a leg. He lives in Tolland, but could probably set her
up on a schedule to coincide with when he heads over her direction.
My guess is that if it's the niece I'm thinking of, and the pony's
where I'd guess it to be, the barn's only about a mile or so from
another barn Gary regularly shoes at.
