	Although the DECnet/OSI and DTSS software are old and should be upgraded to the latest versions, V6.3 eco 6 this is most likely the memory leak problem in VMS. Unfortunately I do not have the VMS V6.2 patch data available but if you apply all of the available V6.2 patchs to VMS you will get the one that most likely is what is causing this problem.
