There seems to be a problem with the event dispatcher on DUNIX V4.0B
with DECnet/OSI for Digital-Unix V4.0A.
Dnaevld is crashing when creating more than 1 event dispatcher outbound
stream.
ncl> create event dispatcher --> ok
ncl> enable event dispatcher --> ok
ncl> create event dispatcher outbound stream mcar01 --> ok
ncl> create event dispatcher outbound stream mgkk01 --> crash
A core file is found in /var/dna --> dnaevld.core00*

| I've found the bug. If you file an IPMT case I can give
