    Hi , I have installed the beta version PSDC and PSPA on my cluster
    this version is x2.3 , and I have encountered a new message when I
    use ADVISE/DEC
    
    %PSPA-W-CPUSPEEDFNF, The CPU Speeds
    file"PSDC$DATABASE:PSPA$CPU_SPEEDS.TXT" canot be opened, using default
    speed.
    %RMS-E-FNF, file not found
    
    what is exactly this file . When I have installed the product I have 
    take all the options, and if I search this file into PSDC$DATABASE is
    not found.
    
    NB: This PSDC and PSPA are running on OpenVms 7.1 and works correctly

	This is new functionality to the product. It should be documented in the release notes. I have not seen any flavor of 2.3 so I can't comment knowledgably. I suspect that this is new functionality to get around having to augment the rules for new systems that come out between versions. Jilly

	So when you did the VMSINSTAL of the Beta there wasn't any release notes put in SYS$HELP?
