	Is anyone interested in participating in a Bike Tour Through Vermont 
and New Hamshire.. Here is the Plan: Leave from Newport Vermont and ride
to Merrimack NH.. The approximate Mileage will be about 325-350..And take 
5 days.. This would mean about 70mi a day.. I will verify this ahead of time 
as well as a planed route with planned stops for the evening at camping areas.
This will be a low budget operation attempting to keep cost to a minimum.. I 
will use my truck as a support vehicle to carry the camping gear, food etc., and 
to get the bikes up to Vermont.. Of course another vehicle may be needed if 
there is a large response..I have a couple of suggested dates.. July 
2,3,4,5,6,7. Leaving the 2nd after work arriving in NH the evening of the 7th.. 
I picked this date because it minimizes vacation time to 2 days.. if a lot of 
people are interested in this date I will need to know in the next two weeks at 
the latest. An Alternative will be August 6,7,8,9,10.. This ride is meant to be 
fun.. Not a race, but to enjoy the country side.. If more people are interested 
in a shorter ride only through Vermont let me know.. that is 226mi..Cost will
be determined by the number of people and the cost of the camping..It would
probably be easier to share food cost and eat family style.. If you have

	Sounds great, but check the fiscal calendar... Notice the end of the fourth quarter... Most data center personnel would be hard pressed to schedule days off prior-to/during/after year-end? (Especially application support personnel) We've even got Ken O. coming up here to Nashua as a guest speaker for the DMO organization on thursday the 4th of June. Hopefully headcount reduction won't be the main topic of discussion.

	Ok... So I forgot about those that have things to do after the Fiscal year ends!! I'm lucky.. Only four more weeks until things get better!! That's why there is an alternative date!!! I will chose the one that most our interested in!! August is winning at the moment.. I will keep anyone interested updated.. Ron

	I found out the August date conflicts with the PMC (Pan Mass Challenge) So this will be the date.... AUG 13 leave thursday.. 14,15,16, 17,18..That will be Three vacation days.. THIS IS THE DATE FOR THOSE INTERESTED.. Ron

	By a strange coincidence, BMB92 should be doing Vermont-top-to-bottom on one of those days. (Stage three of BMB90 was Rouses Point NY to Brattleboro VT - probably similar this year). -john

	John, we have BMB '92 down as 20-23 August this year. I figure it's later so that other riders besides me have to ride in the dark. ed

	Someone asked if they could join the trip along the way..This will be fine.. By the end of the month I will have the route with all the stops, daily mileage, and any other important info... As I said Anyone is welcome to join anywhere along the way.. Please let me know ahead of time... Ron

	Is this ride still happening? I'd like to go, but need to know since I suspect I have to either acquire a bike with a triple or add one to my flatlander's bike... larry

	I have the same question. I've sent mail to the author of the base note and haven't gotten any response. If it's still on I have to finish fixing up an old bike with triple and racks. Bob
