The latest BICYCLING (August 1991) has an article
    	entitled:

    			SLUMP BUSTERS

Six Mega-Milers Reveal How to Overcome
    			Training Plateaus

Well, you guessed it. One of the six mega-milers is our
    	own John Lee Ellis.

I think if anything they improved upon my quotes. I really do
feel that something like BMB is just the thing to perk up your
    August. :-)

They obviously called several of the top-mileage UMCA National
Points Challenge guys - it's interesting to see names in "public"
press that you only usually ever see in the Ultra Marathon Cycling
    Association newsletter.

Scott (the writer) called me a few months ago and was cordial
    and a good interviewer.
