After the ride last night, as we were dining at Barnaby's, I asked
Ken Sargent if it was OK to mention the LKG evening rides in the
notesfile - and he said OK.
"What ride?" you may ask.
A group of LKG riders has been training for this weekend's MS 150
mile ride with rides from LKG Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:00.
About 20 miles at a moderate to brisk pace. A few riders from other
facilities have been joining them.
Ken maintains a mailing list - contact him at CHVY41::SARGENT to be
put on the list for ride announcements. We plan to keep riding thru the
summer - I gather same days, same time.
Good luck to the MS riders. - Chris
ps. Future plans also include a century in September. (I kinda hope
this turns into a partial revival of the DEC Bike Club...) - C
