I will be flying out to Colorado Springs next weekend, October 15th
to attend traing , and I am looking for information on renting ATB's
and trails to ride. Where can a Mt. bike be rented? What are the
rental terms like (i.e. by the hour, day, week)?
Where are good riding trails? Directions please...... I am looking
for spectacular scenery.
BTW - can Pike's Peak be visited this time of the year? Last time
I was out in December, the roads were closed off.

Suggest you take a look at TYFYS::COLORADO_BICYCLING. There are a lot of nice folks out there, some of whom I rode with last spring. There is a shop near CXO which rents ATBs. Also the Colorado Springs Cycling Club is helpful. People in the above conference can direct you. Is the COLORADO_BICYCLING conference still active? It does not
appear to be on TYFYS any longer.
