Interested in Campagnolo for Xmas? Alot of folks are,
does anyone know of any decent prices on Campy hardware for
the holiday season? I can offer a small start:
The Colorado Cyclist Inc., is currently advertising
in the back of "Bicycling" magazine. They're unloading
Nuovo & Super Record brakesets cheap. The sets are most
likely from the redesigned gruppos, but the prices
can't be beat.
Nuovo Record Brakeset $ 79.99 (Best bet)
(Normal bolt, short reach)
Super Record Brakeset $109.99
(Recessed bolt, short reach)
Even with a shipping charge, the prices are still very
tempting. Any other goodies for christmas?

Those with fairly new frame be aware, normal bolts may need to be
cut and replaced with recessed allen heads.

The latest Nashbar catalog has chorus brakeset marked
down to $139.00. Looks like a great deal, but I'm looking
for an entire gruppo.

O.K.,
I broke down and bought the chorus brakes from Nashbar.
Guess I'll start acquiring pieces as I need them. Next piece
I'll be looking for is a Chorus Seatpost, unless someone has
an inexpensive record post to offer.
