My father is a frame-builder and has used traditional materials
in the past. He is now intersted in experimenting with the new
materials;such as graphites, kevlar and other light materials. What
we need is a source for these materials. Does anyone know where
we could find a source?

Let me know if you find a source for high-tech materials in
tubular form. I get my stuff in fabric or thread (tow) form from
the places that supply amature aircraft builders, but I've never
seen tubular stuff. There must be some places to get them 'cuz
they are appearing in a lot of uses: golf clubs, sailboat masts,
etc. - Chris
