In the middle of my ride this morning, I decided to pull into
McDonalds to get something to drink. I didn't want to go inside,
so I just went through the drive-through lane. They wouldn't
serve me! They claimed it was "dangerous" to ride a bike
through the drive-through.
Has anyone else had to put up with this nonsense?

It has happened to me several times. Everyone sings the same tune;
their insurance forbids it.

It is dangerous; people are watching for LARGE objects that go
"zoom-zoom", not slim little ones that go "zip-zip". Similar to
walking up to the window; you just are not as visible.

INCONGRUOUS
There, I found a use for a favorite word, and I know its spelled
that way, cos I just looked it up.
What is ? Riding for health/exercise and eating "THERE".
If they made a ride through lane some boo-ick drivin' bozo would
try to squeeze through, and how would they ever back out, given the
bumper tag games that people around here play ? Oh yes, motorcycles.

I have been refused help at bank drive-in windows too. Something
about not serving pedestrians. One said that the boss was watching
otherwise she would have helped?!?
