As I am still trying to take over an existing lease with absolutely no
luck I wondered if the community here could help.

    My requirements:

    Something with a >1.6 engine preferably fuel-injected
    Central locking
    Lecky Windows
    Power Steering

Plenty of leg room, preferably with adjustable height/distance on both
    seat and steering wheel.

    No an Escort or Orion...

Cost less than #200 on the lease

(At the Mo I have a 1.8i CD Astra that suits all of the above)

I am doing about 1000 miles a week so comfort is a factor, and I want a
bit of oomph to overtake on country lanes. Not worried about top speed
    - haven't found a car yet that will not do 70!

As I am getting sick of trying to take over an existing lease I think I
will now try to get a quote for a new one - but I don't want to waste a
quote on something that would definitely be too expensive.

Anyone got any suggestions? recent quotes? etc.

    thanks

    Xtine

| Sorry to hear you are having trouble taking over a car.
A colleague has arranged to take over a car with no problem.
Try phoning Angela Broomes on 7830 4700 (the no. in vtx is wrong).

I noticed there is an Astra SRi with 7 months lease, does this interest
    you ?

The quote/order proces can take up to a few months and it saves the
company money if we take over existing cars. Don't give up.

I have an alarmed XR2i with 24 months left. Fits all of your
requirenments except adjustable seating/steering and powersteering.

It will pee on any 1..6i 8v warm hatch.
