somewhere that did ?

| | 1) Would you need permission from the council/opposite owner to
plant a pole with the mirror on?

    	2) Alternatively, i have seen people who have place NORMAL wing
mirrors to thier driveway posts pointing opposite ways to
combat this type of thing. Probably a lot cheaper too!

Try Slingsby. I have a copy of their catalogue here and convex safety
mirrors are listed for #55.00 for a 16" version up to #153.00 for the
34" version (p.325). I don't know where your node (FUTURS) is so maybe
you can call their London branch and see if they can point you to the
    nearest outlet - 081-877-0778.

| | ...Try your County Council Highways office, they have to procure these
mirrors, or how about knocking on someones door? (Preferably someone
who has such a mirror opposite their drive), or 2 mirror tiles, or a
    flexible mirror ?

| | Try a company called Greenham Trading. They specialise in traffic
cones, signs etc. Good old yellow pages should give you a number.
